Phishing Expedition Thwarted

Yet another Phishing Email! This one supposedly from Chase but alas all is not what it appears. This is a good example of a scam email that on the surface looks legit but certainly isn’t.

One of the ways you can determine whether an email is from chase in this case is to look at or highlight the header. In this case the header shows the email sender is “[email protected]” and not [email protected]. The other link in the email if you highlight it is to “maximabd.com/” which is also not from chase.

Best bet is also to never click on a suspect email and just go to the website to ensure you are going where you intended.
